Inoltre, è bene&lt;br /&gt;concedersi un adeguato relax, per godere fino in fondo dell’effetto rilassante che il&lt;br /&gt;vapore esercita sul nostro corpo.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000099;"&gt;E’ UN TRATTAMENTO CHE FA DIMAGRIRE?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;E’ uno dei miti da sfatare: la sauna non ha un effetto dimagrante. Il peso che si&lt;br /&gt;perde durante la seduta è legato alla perdita di liquidi con il sudore, liquidi che&lt;br /&gt;vengono reintegrati bevendo all’uscita della sauna stessa.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000099;"&gt;SI PUÒ BERE DURANTE LA SAUNA?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;E’ fondamentale reintegrare i liquidi ed i sali minerali persi con il sudore. Meglio&lt;br /&gt;comunque evitare le bevande zuccherate, stimolanti e, soprattutto, alcoliche sia&lt;br /&gt;prima che durante o dopo la sauna.
